For years, the conversation in high-end slalom skiing has quietly drifted toward the outer edge of the sport. Shorter rope lengths. More angle. More load (More violence). The kind of skiing that only a fraction of a fraction of skiers on Earth will ever experience.
The new 2027 Syndicate Works 02 was not built for that conversation.
It was built for the other 99%. Everyday skiers. Weekend Warriors. Regional and National level competitors.
Built for the skiers chasing the two most elusive elements of skiing: Consistency and Personal Bests. Skiers looking for More efficiency. More confidence. More space. More freedom. More feeling.
This is the third generation of the Works 02 platform, and while the overall footprint remains unchanged, nearly everything else has been refined. Carefully. Deliberately. Obsessively.
The new Works 02 introduces an entirely redefined rockerline featuring a true flat spot under the front foot, creating a calmer, more stable platform capable of producing speed with less effort. The ski creates angle more easily and supports movement without ever feeling locked or trapped.

The cross section has evolved as well. Smaller bevels reduce drag and suction while allowing the ski to release more freely when the skier wants to scrub speed or reshape the line they are on at the finish of the turn. The sidewall through the tail has been reduced, creating more stability. The concave entry radius is now the most aggressive we’ve ever employed, without increasing overall concave depth, striking a balance between support and maneuverability we have been chasing for years.
In short, the ski feels alive.
Because contrary to internet folklore, the goal of ski design is not to create a ski capable of running 43 off. The goal is to create a ski that helps real skiers move better, find more consistency and enjoy the sport more deeply.
That is what the new Works 02 is about: Subtle refinements, Massive difference.
This is the new 2027 Syndicate Works 02.
Ski Different.
